Jit Patel

Based in Leeds, over 30 years’ experience in Banking, Legal and Taxation roles and concurrently the last 5 years within Property development and Investing. 

Positions held with Customs & Excise VAT Investigations & Fraud teams, Leeds Combined Court Centre, across all elements of Chancery, Crown, Civil and Family divisions of Law, moved profession into Banking and set up an in-house legal team within a Stock Broking firm (HSDL),  promoted onto Compliance, Risk and Audit Roles and retired May 2023 from Senior Relationship Manager role within Lloyds Bank managing significant Global Wealth Management and Investment firms.

Following 5 years of Property Mentoring programmes, undertaking intensive courses across all aspects of property, pension and tax strategies at the Progressive Property and PIN Training institutes et al, Jit’s Property portfolio and development of a schoolhouse into 13 flats enabled early retirement .

Jit is a Director of 3 companies (JNP Properties Ltd) with a rapidly increasing portfolio, The Connector offering Wealth consultancy and Property Development company HYGGIGAM Ltd (Dormant). As a SSAS Pension Trustee, combining his vast financial knowledge and networking skills to assist his clients in making investment funding choices with confidence.

Jit also provides Commercial Energy services for “My Energy Smart” and is a father to 5 boys (triplets).
